recycling systems give you several equipment configurations that can be selected to provide your operation the
best success. The alternative to spray gun washer solvents can be recycled using the following:
- FILTRATION - Depending
on the critical nature of the spraying, filtration can be a very acceptable means of cleaning the solvents. Some spray gun
washer and cleaner solvents require filtration since their properties do not easily lend themselves to distillation. Each
situation should be evaluated for the best option.
- RECYCLING (DISTILLATION) -
Solvent distillation provides the cleanest final product. It is sometimes limited by the materials and their respective boiling
points. Evaluation of the distillation process is also a factor in selecting the right method and material for solvent distillation.
